Enjoy Food and Family-Fun at Torrance’s Halloween Carnival

Looking for safe, family-friendly fun this autumn? Torrance, with its warm local community and abundance of family-friendly destinations such as Torrance Beach and the LA Galaxy Soccer Center, is a great place to bring the kids on vacation for the season’s festivities. For instance, the annual Halloween Carnival at Charles H. Wilson Park on Saturday, October 31 is an event that visitors of all ages can enjoy.

Beginning at 4 p.m. and running until 8 p.m., the event has something for everyone with carnival games, crafts, food trucks and music by DJ Ozzie. Unlimited use wristbands – which are required for carnival activities – are only $9, making the Torrance carnival a great family outing on a budget!Halfway through the event at 6:30 p.m., an entertaining costume parade will make its way through the park. Don’t forget your camera! You won’t want to miss capturing family photos with ghosts, goblins and pumpkins galore.

Wilson Park’s expansive 44 acres feature extensive picnic and sports facilities, perfect for active families. Additionally, the park is just a short drive from Torrance’s restaurants, shops and art galleries, making it easy to extend a fun Halloween activity into a relaxing weekend full of delicious food and great memories.
