Time:  9:00 PM

Where:  Torrance Civic Center – Designated viewing areas are available at the following locations:

  • Los Angeles County Courthouse Parking Lot (Maple Avenue, north of Torrance Blvd.)
    Grandstand seating is available for spectators on a 1st come, 1st served basis
  • Toyota Sports Complex synthetic turf field: Gates open at 7:00 PM (see below for more information)

Road Closures: 4th of July Fireworks Show Road Closures beginning at approximately 6:00 PM

  • Maple Ave. between Torrance Blvd. and California St.
  • Civic Center Drive between Madrona Ave. and Maple Ave.
  • Maricopa St. at Maple Ave
  • Madrona Ave. between Torrance Blvd. and Emerald St.
  • Felbar Ave., Fonthill Ave., Kornblum Ave., Teri Ave., Cranbrook Ave., and Hickory Ave. will be open to residents only

 Please plan accordingly.

TOYOTA SPORTS COMPLEX INFORMATION:

The Toyota Sports Complex is a synthetic turf sports facility. The facility will be available for spectators beginning at 7:00 PM, and will close approximately 30 minutes after the fireworks show is over. The field lights will be on until 5 minutes before the fireworks begin, and will come back on immediately following the show so that spectators can gather their belongings and exit safely.

Ticket Information – *Update for 2019
Tickets will not be issued for this year’s Fireworks Show. Spectators are welcome on a 1st come, 1st served basis, provided they are compliant with the rules of the facility. There is a maximum capacity as identified by the Torrance Fire Marshall.

If you would like to view the fireworks show from the Toyota Complex you are encouraged to bring a blanket and round bottom chairs (i.e. beach chairs) to sit on the turf. The following is a list of prohibited items if you are viewing the fireworks from the complex:

Torrance CitiCABLE will broadcast the show live on Spectrum Channel 3, Frontier FiOS Channel 31, over the air on KNET 25.2 and online.
