Join us for this free Stroller Strides class! Any mama, whether you are a member of FIT4MOM or not, is welcome to join us with your stroller-aged child for a free Stroller Strides class in the Outdoor Village area of the Del Amo Fashion Center. Get ready to meet some new mamas, get a great workout, and have fun with your kiddo!

We meet at the grass in front of Forever 21 at 9am. Bring water, a yoga mat/towel and whatever your child needs to sit happily in their stroller (snacks, toys, music, etc).
