On Saturday, September 16th, the Western Museum of Flight is hosting a Celebrity Lecture Series – Lockheed Martin/NASA X-59 Quest Mission – Boom Proof – Quiet Supersonic
The quest for supersonic transportation over populated areas without the disruptive and destructive sonic boom is being explored with the help of this unique research aircraft. Join the Western Museum of Flight to hear the aircraft’s test pilots, Nils Larson and James Less, describe the airplane, its goals, and the plan for its future achievements.
