Mugimaru & Toritetsu

Mugimaru is a self-service style Udon noodle restaurant specialized in combining Udon menu with variety of Tempura. Udon noodles are prepared fresh every morning, using selected Japanese flour. The soup is also prepared daily with original dashi ingredients and recipes – Osaka style Dashi-based soup, rich in body and Umami, is their proud feature.
