Food For Kids Food Drive

Food Drive-Up and Drop-Off in Old Torrance!

When:  Thursday, October 29, 2020, from 3:30pm until 6:00pm

Where:  The Volunteer Center’s parking lot, located at 1230 Cravens in Old Torrance

Who It Benefits:  Food For Kids program, volcenter.org/food-for-kids.  Under normal circumstances, they work with select school partners in Torrance as well as the South Bay, Harbor and Long Beach area.  However, during this pandemic, the program has pivoted to delivering to schools as well as setting up drive-by pickups.

What You Can Do:  Shop for a few or more non-perishable food items and do a quick safe drop-off to help restock the shelves of the Volunteer Center’s Food For Kids Program!

Cereal

Oatmeal

Granola Bars

Canned Fruit

Raisins

Apple Sauce

Fruit Cups

Canned Vegetables

Canned Meat

Peanut Butter

Jelly

Macaroni Cheese

Pasta (dry or canned)

Pasta Sauce (no glass please)

Rice (1 or 2 lb. bags)

Soup
