Ghouls & Goblins come out and Party in the Big White Tent and support the Torrance Police Foundation.  Full Martini, Wine and Beer Bar, Hors d’oeuvres, Silent Auction, Buffet Dinner and Live Band.  Tickets are on sale, now. Space is limited!
