Campeón de Campeones, the emblematic Mexican championship match between the winners of the two most recent league tournaments, will return to Los Angeles in the seventh edition of the marquee event played in the United States.

For the sixth occasion, Campeón de Campeones will be played at Dignity Health Sports Park. The 2021 LIGA MX Apertura champion Atlas F.C. will face off against the 2022 LIGA MX Clausura winner, which will be decided on Sunday, May 29, to determine the absolute champion of LIGA MX – the 2022 Campeón de Campeones – for the 2021-22 season.
