In 2025 the HSBC SVNS season will culminate in the World Championship, where the top eight men’s and women’s teams will head to Dignity Health Sports Park, the LA 2028 Olympics venue, for a winner takes all battle on the pitch. LA will also see the top four men’s and women’s teams from the HSBC Sevens Challenger face off against the bottom-four ranked teams in the SVNS rankings in a high stakes promotion and relegation play-off to decide the 2026 line-up.
