13 Animatronic Dinosaurs Are Headed to the Garden!
Experience the Age of Reptiles here at South Coast Botanic Garden. Immersed throughout our 87 acres, guests will get to meet 13 life-sized animatronic dinosaurs. Each one moves with quiet, graceful motions, and some even make noise. Take a road trip through the ancient land mass, Pangea, where all the continents came together before drifting to their more modern positions across the globe. Guided by bright, vintage billboards and stone trail-head markers, find out which dinosaurs lived where, how they got there, and when they walked the earth!

Board the Pangea Express

Grab your boarding pass for the Pangea Express for a roaring expedition! This ticket includes General Garden Admission and an exclusive guided tour of Dinosaurs Around the World: The Great Outdoors, which you’ll explore while seated on the non-stop Pangea Express. Get a front row seat to the amazing story of a prehistoric planet, with a knowledgeable guide to tell you all about what the world was like in the Age of Reptiles. There’s something for everyone, from plants to geography and, of course, the dinosaurs!

The Pangea Express is available hourly, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Fridays through Sundays.

Tickets:
Pangea Express tickets are $10 for Members and up to $30 for non-members ($12 for Pangea Express and up to $18 for General Garden Admission)

Experience Instructions:
Please arrive up to 30 minutes before the time on your ticket. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.  Your ticket time is when you will board the Pangea Express within the Garden.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the limited availability and run of the Pangea Express, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
