Butternut Squash Soup – Roasted butternut squash soup with potatoes and fresh herbs

2nd Course
South Bay – Almonds, feta cheese, romaine, radicchio, spinach, dry blueberries. pepitas, pomegranate dressing

3rd Course (Select One)
Smoked Ham – Roasted with pineapple and served with a delicate honey grain-mustard sauce

Ribeye Steak – Cooked medium rare, porcini mushroom sauce

Atlantic Salmon – Fresh herbs, homemade pesto-cream sauce

Chicken – Roasted half chicken, whole grain mustard-white wine sauce

Turkey – Roasted turkey breast, cranberry sauce
