TOCA Palooza

TOCApalooza, the bigger and better version of The South Bay Festival of the Arts, returns with a day long festival experience! A celebration of all things arts—enjoy entertainment on three stages, shop local and regional arts vendors, and enjoy a delicious selection of foods and thirst quenching beverages. Food trucks will be available for food and drink purchase along with bubbles, arts and crafts and more in our Kid Zone!

The Armstrong Theatre

• Everything from The Peninsula Symphony’s Youth Orchestra to Dance groups performing hip-hop, Celtic Dance and everything in between. Not to mention a Sing-along with your host Emma Laird (12pm, 3:15 and 4:15pm)

Music on the Torrance Refinery Stage on the Torino Plaza 

• The Rayford Brothers – 11:00am – 12:30pm – The Rayford Bros are an Americana and American Roots band and masters of blending Country-influenced Rock and Blues into a captivating musical experience.
• Blue Breeze Band – 1:00pm – 2:30pm – For more than 15 years The Blue Breeze Band has been providing California with the finest Motown R&B Soul Funk and Jazz & Blues.
• PT & the Cruisers – 3:00pm – 4:30pm – PT (Pam Teren) and the Cruisers perform all your favorite dance hits from the 60’s on up to current.

The Nakano Theater

• In the intimate Nakano Theatre you will enjoy music, dance and magic from a variety of up and coming performers. Your host, magician Jonathan Neal will be on hand to entertain and amaze you between performers.
