Next month, in celebration of Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month, the Torrance Certified Farmers’ Market has invited Home Chef Mei Lien to host a cooking demo. Chef Mei Lien will teach us how to make Asian Lettuce Cups – savory ground shrimp and veggies, seasoned with Asian flavors, wrapped in crunchy Farmers’ Market lettuce! Her recipe is healthy, easy to make, and keto-friendly, too.
