Now available at all locations, new summer dishes celebrate the concept’s roots in sustainable seafood. Executive Chef Robin Higa unveils a new summer menu featuring shareable starters, including Shrimp Crab Cakes and a Giant Prawn Cocktail boasting Market Broiler’s largest U10 prawns served chilled over crushed ice with housemade cocktail sauce. Seasonal seafood entrees include a warm buttered Lobster Roll stuffed with juicy claw meat and tarragon aioli, a wild, tender Halibut Sandwich caught in icy waters, topped with tangy slaw on a buttery brioche bun, and a naturally mesquite-grilled Riverence Farms Rainbow Trout cultivated in Idaho’s Snake River and recognized for its sustainability by the Monterrey Bay Aquarium.

In addition to the new menus, guests can order daily from Market Broiler’s on-site fish markets, featuring seasonal seafood, including wild Atlantic Salmon, Chilean Seabass, Alaskan King Crab legs, mussels, clams, and oysters.

To complement the new menu is a selection of summertime craft cocktails. Guests can sip on Market Broiler’s signature libations and experience new additions like the Espresso Martini crafted with Blue Ice Double Espresso vodka, shaken with a splash of cream, and topped with espresso beans. Signature sips of the summer include a Caramelized Pineapple Margarita with a savory cinnamon rim, and a sweet and spirit-forward 5 O’Clock Somewhere which boasts bold flavors of rum, passion fruit-infused tequila, and tropical juices.
