Most retail stores, including outdoor spaces of shopping malls and outdoor swap meets, are open for business. Although, please confirm beforehand with individual businesses, as they may have different hours or protocols in place. There’s also many outdoor cultural wonders to explore – like Madrona Marsh, the largest vernal freshwater marsh in Los Angeles County.

Our pristine 1.5 miles of uncrowded coastline at Torrance Beach is open. Come enjoy the surf and sand while maintaining physical distancing of six feet from others. At this time, group gatherings or events, along with organized sports, are not allowed.
